Forde Apartments

I went in for a tour and it was wonderful! Jana Chiang was my tour guide and she did a great job answering all of the questions I had regarding different units or rates. Not only that but she was very friendly. Overall, the staff and atmosphere was great!

Great experience living here. Good price and amenities, friendly residents and staff, convenient traffic (there're tons of restaurants you can enjoy in 5 min walk, and short distance to I5). Few cons: - You'd better to start to view, decide and sign lease 5-6 months ahead (March/April of every year). Otherwise you may not get the room you want. - Noises for some rooms (especially for those towards the street).

Living here has been a great experience! This is definitely one of the nicer buildings in the area and comes with so many perks: secure parking garage, 24 hr gym and study lounge, rooftop lounge. The staff is also super nice and Alex, the manager, has helped me many times!! Recently they’ve been bringing free gifts like boba, breakfast, and reusable water bottles for residents every week.

Living here for a month, love where I live so far. They provide a smart key which you should use to enter the building and elevators. It makes me feel safe. Staffs are very friendly, helping us to fix some problems with our house. The website system makes us easier to put work orders or requests when we need them. They often have some events to appreciate their residents. My worries before signing the lease were the location since there are many homeless around ave. But the apt isn't very far from the main street, and the distance from the Apt to UW is good enough to walk.
